Experienced across government, corporate finance, and consulting
Founder Jared Emerson brings more than a decade of experience across federal financial management, corporate FP&A, financial systems, analytics, and project leadership.
His experience includes supporting large and complex budgets, building financial models, developing executive reporting solutions, leading finance transformation initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional teams through implementation and user acceptance testing.
The firm is based in Pearland, Texas, and supports organizations through a flexible consulting model designed for practical execution.
